Dear CUSD Parent,
We are pleased that you are choosing The California Preparatory Academy for your child’s school next year (2013-14). Please be sure to complete all of the information below. California Preparatory Academy has limited space for students. If you are applying and DO NOT reside in Capistrano Unified’ s attendance boundaries, you must first visit your home school district to apply for an inter-district transfer. Only students with an approved inter-district transfer will be allowed to enroll at Cal Prep.
We will be contacting each family individually and scheduling one on one registration meetings beginning May 1^st. Please keep in mind, this is the first step in the enrollment process for Cal Prep. Once you complete the online form, you will be sent an email confirming your pre-enrollment. A staff member from Cal Prep will phone you directly to schedule your one on one registration and send you a link to the additional forms needed to register. You will be asked to fill out these additional registration forms and contracts and bring them to your scheduled one on one registration.
