Welcome to the team! We are excited to have you join us in coaching our students.

To complete your onboarding process as a Walk-on Coach, please follow the steps outlined below:

Step 1: Complete the Application Begin the onboarding process by filling out and submitting the Pre-Registration below. An Informed K-12 hiring packet will be sent to you from HR Services.

Step 2: Complete the Background Check Submit your fingerprints at a certified Live Scan facility to complete your required background screening.

Step 3: Complete Required Online Trainings and Obtain Certification

1. Log in to the ASCIP platform and complete all assigned online training modules.
2. Complete CPR & First Aid Training – must be completed at a facility that follows the recommendations of the American Red Cross or the American Heart Association.
3. Complete NFHS Coaching Certification – Fundamentals of Coaching, Sudden Cardiac Arrest, Heat Illness Prevention, Concussion in Sports

Step 4: Submit Required Documentation Upload all required documentation (certificates obtained in Step 3 and TB Test results) to your Informed K-12 hiring packet. Submit your packet to HR Services.

Step 5: Meet with HR Services Attend a quick, scheduled meeting with HR Services to present identification.

Once these steps are completed and verified, HR Services will send you an Authorization to Coach.

You may not begin coaching until you receive this authorization from HR Services
